EVA PATTIS ZOJA (MAIN CHARACTER)
Dr. Eva Pattis Zoja, a Jungian psychoanalyst for adults and children, founded the EXPRESSIVE SANDWORK method based on C.G. Jung’s Analytical Psychology and Sandplay Therapy developed by Jungian student Dora Kalff inspired in turn by London pediatrician Margaret Lowenfeld. Expressive Sandwork has been applied in various difficult situations, particularly with developmental patients in Ukraine, Romania, Palestine, China, Colombia, Malaysia, Germany, South Africa, and Argentina.

The film accommodates various archival materials including the work of two of the most important photo reporters of the last few years, thanks to the research work of Associazione Culturale Zona.
Andy Rocchelli was an Italian journalist, photojournalist and photographer. A professional freelance photojournalist, he was a founder and member of the independent photographer collective Cesura.
Zmnako Ismael Khalid is a journalist, photojournalist, documentary filmmaker and cinematographer awarded at the 20th Rory-Peck festival in 2015. He signs for Metrography. the first Iraqi photo agency.

ANDREA DEAGLIO (FILMMAKER)
Born in 1979, Andrea Deaglio graduated in cinema studies at the University of Torino. He directed and worked at a numbers of documentaries for cinema and television, including Nera – not the promised land (2007, Italy, 22’ winner of Premio Anello Debole) Il futuro del mondo passa da qui – City Veins (2010, Italy, 63’, winner of Best International First Film at Cinéma du Reel, Paris, 2011 and Docucity Fist Prize, Milan, 2012) Of wolves and men (2015, 70’, Italy/France, winner of Best Italian film at Cervino Cine Mountain, 2016) Show all this to the world (2015, Italy, selected among others by Watch Docs, 2015, Festival del Cinema Africano, d’Asia e d’America Latina, 2016 and Miradas Doc, 2017) I cinque punti (2023, Italy, 20’ winner of special mention at Liberazioni festival, Torino, 2023) is a short film born in a juvenile prison.
