SYNOPSIS
Paolo is twelve years old, Donato is his special ed teacher. They meet in seventh grade. Their shared passion for cinema leads them to a special project: a documentary about themselves, a story inspired by instinct, improvisation and natural inclination captured during school daily routines.
There’s Something About Paolo represents a pedagogical journey, where reality and fiction blend together and become the educational means through which we discover a little more about ourselves and the world.

Director’s Biography
Born in Tricarico, Italy, in 1982, Donato Canosa currently lives in Turin, where he works as an artist and filmmaker. He is also an art teacher and a tutor for kids in need of special aid. In 2012 he is one of the founding members of Superbudda, an independent group of ten young professionals who create and organize special events in various fields such as music, performing arts, videos and photography.
